1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Hplix's services, websites, and applications (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Hplix provides an AI-powered business operating system and associated software services, including (but not limited to) Planix, Wiki, Chat, Identity, Secret, HR, Risk, MCP and Pulse. We may introduce, modify or discontinue features and products from time to time.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.
• Maintain the security of your password and accept all risks of unauthorised access to your account.
• Notify us immediately if you discover or suspect any security breaches related to the Service.

4. Acceptable Use and Prohibited Conduct

You are solely responsible for all content you upload, post, transmit, or otherwise make available through the Service, and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree not to use the Service to create, share, store, or transmit any content or to engage in any conduct that:

• Is unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, or violates any applicable law or regulation in your jurisdiction or in any jurisdiction where the Service is accessed or used.
• Is harmful, abusive, hateful, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, violent, or otherwise objectionable, or that promotes discrimination, terrorism, or violence against any individual or group.
• Constitutes spam, unsolicited bulk or commercial messages, phishing, scams, pyramid schemes, or any form of unwanted advertising or solicitation.
• Harasses, threatens, intimidates, stalks, bullies, impersonates, or otherwise harms any other person or entity, or invades another person's privacy.
• Infringes upon any intellectual property, privacy, publicity, contractual, or other rights of any third party.
• Contains malware, viruses, worms, or any other malicious code, or attempts to gain unauthorised access to the Service, other accounts, or any related systems or networks.
• Interferes with, disrupts, or imposes an unreasonable load on the Service or the servers and networks connected to it, including through automated scraping, crawling, or data extraction not expressly authorised by Hplix.
• Misrepresents your identity, affiliation, or the origin of any content or communication.

Hplix does not tolerate any of the conduct described above. We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to investigate, remove, or restrict access to any content and to suspend or terminate any account at our sole discretion if we believe these Terms have been violated, with or without prior notice. Where required by law, we may cooperate with and disclose information to law enforcement and other competent authorities.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its content are protected by copyright, trademark and other applicable intellectual property laws.

6. AI Features

Some Hplix features make use of artificial intelligence to assist users with content generation, analysis and workflow automation. You remain responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before relying on or acting upon it.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Hplix, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
