Agora: We use Agora as a processor to transmit real-time audio, video and screen-sharing streams and to produce meeting recordings on our behalf. Agora processes this data only under our instruction.

We process personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

7. Data Storage

Customer data may be processed and stored using trusted cloud infrastructure providers. Appropriate safeguards are implemented where data is transferred internationally.

Meeting recordings are stored on our servers. Only the host can start a recording, and all participants are notified in-app when it begins. Only the host can download or delete a recording, and we keep it until the host deletes it or the workspace is deleted. Audio and video from meetings that are not recorded is relayed in real time and not retained. We do not sell meeting data or use it for advertising.

8. User Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the processing of your personal information.

9. AI

Where AI-powered features are used, Hplix may process customer content solely for the purpose of delivering requested functionality.
